CAN I RETURN FRAMES IF I DON'T LIKE THEM?

You can return your frames within 7 days of receiving them (after delivery confirmation) for an exchange or store credit. The goods must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them, including all original packaging. Shipping costs will be deducted from the credit issued once the return package is received and processed by our team.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE FAULTY/DAMAGED FRAMES?

We take great pride and care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage to the frame, please contact our care team at info@vintageframes.com. We will spare no expense to satisfy our customers.
